Studio Skills Workshop - Tāmaki Makaurau

On the 1st and 2nd of June 10am to 5pm at Roundhead Studios with Emily Wheatcroft-Snape and Alex Corbett. 

The two day workshop is for women and non-binary music creators at an advanced beginner to intermediate level who want to up-skill themselves in a recording studio environment.

The first day will cover; basic studio practice, equipment, and signal flow, common microphones and recording techniques, and drum set-up.

The second day will cover; basic live band set-up, stereo recording techniques, the opportunity for each participant to achieve signal and record a live band, and the opportunity to talk through specific questions with one of the facilitators.

Lunch is provided and a photographer will attend.
